Customer Service Representative Program

The Customer Service program provides the foundation of customer care skills needed to provide service excellence, both in person and as a virtual/remote employee. Participants will have interactive scenarios to develop the skills needed to provide the highest level of customer care and service. Businesses succeed when they offer quality customer service. Students will learn to build life-long customer relationships by developing effective customer-care strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

Program Benefits Include:

  • Receive Industry-Recognized Certification in Customer Service – Topics: Cyber Security Awareness, CRM Basics, Improving Customer Communication (must pass certification exam to receive certificate) (150hrs)
  • Workplace Ethics w/live virtual lectures (16hrs)
  • Personal Financial Management w/live virtual lectures-budgeting practice (20hrs)
  • Role playing interaction

  • 8-week Virtual Online/In-person Instruction

Student Requirements

  • An individual must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen and registered with Selective Service (if applicable).
